Virtual Mediation Hosting
A business first, a platform second.
A legal-tech services business I started in 2020 and still run, plus the purpose-built platform I've been building to replace the manual version of it.
The business came first. Mediators were pushed online overnight and had no idea what to do when they got there, so I taught them, then started hosting the proceedings myself for the ones who would rather not learn.
The platform automates what I had been doing by hand: scheduling, room setup, billing, reminders, and the paperwork around a session. Most of the operational side runs unattended now, including invoicing.
